Recorded message about the automatic renewal of my non existent Amazon Prime account. Asking me to press 1 if I did not wish to do this. It would be a bargain as it was only 39.99 though!!!!

The woman asked me to key in a number into my computer. She said I could look up the company on line. www.onlinesupport.co.uk She also gave me an address, 78 York Street Brentford London. This is a scam. I'm very cross.
SCAM, suggested my hub had a fault was about to be disconnected and told me to press 1 to go to provider....
Received call from this number today and it was a bad line so I was asking is anybody there at the same time as the guy started with 'Hi there maam, this is.....' he then disconnected the call. So no idea who or what company the number is from. It did come up on my phone as being London location and I am Manchester.
