SCAM. Text message claims to be Royal Mail and I need to pay £2.99 shipping fee on a parcel. Provides a link to pay or the parcel will be returned.
My phone rang 3 or 4 times within a few minutes at around 10.40PM BST this evening. All calls were from the above number. I picked up the receiver whilst the phone was ringing...
This phone number (01202403707) is from a representative (called Chris) of HomeLogic, a company that sells and installs LogicFoam loft insulation. It is quite safe and is not a scam. It's a cold call that tries to persuade you to install this type of loft insulation i.e. spray foam. The caller said that it's part of a Government initiative to supply every home in Britain with this type of insulation. However, I don't believe this - I suspect that this is just salesman's patter.
Still calling on a daily basis and are now being rude because i wont answer their questions they hang up also
