She said she was from life insurance. I don't need life insurance I told her, to which she replied "oh I'm not selling its a free review". That would mean it is the company who I have life insurance with.... you would think! I'm not sure if she had a bug in her throat but she couldn't speak after that then hung up. Nuisance calls need more penalties. I really am not always in the best moods to be dealing with such ****! Today was a good day!

This seems to be some good working money trap, similar numbers are reported as a scam offers (in most cases some financial offers). For sure some general call centre. Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 2038684xxx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with insurance marketing, accident chasers, PPI claims, "car accident which was not your fault". Just block it if not interested (I use the app from these pages, no problems). Folks did they call you with the same or something new, new scope, or still the same story?
