"A generic claims company has called you" - Cold call/Unsolicited call from a PPI Claims company. Part of Nexbridge Communication. They must have offices all over, as I get a different call from anywhere in the UK. You block a number, so it then dials out of another server. Pleae just ignore!!!

Lots of calls, using automated system, saying from BT Tech Dept saying line will be disconnected, but it is not them, do not follow any instructions that they give.
Phone rings, you answer. Puase. No-one there, until eventually a real woman says "Hi, I n Chantelle Brown of [garbled] and I ve been informed you ve been involved in a road accident that wasn t your fault." at which point you put the phone down. Clearly an illegal automated dialling system, passing any calls that are answered on to one of their human operators who then reads from a script. Get a nicer job, "Chantelle".

I have been paying£18 per month to this number plus vat. for more than a year!!I have contacted my mobile service provider to get all premium rate numbers blocked. I have also contacted the company in question with regards to a refund. Fingers crossed
