This number is from Viet Nam Nghe An. 08438684634 rings once then hangs up some kind of scam. Don’t answer when it rings, I think it charges calls to the mobile numbers they ring. Nuisance calls.
TAX saying tax refund and to click on link for the money. Only allowed 3 days to claim, so unlikely to be HMRC!
