Automated call telling me that I have been had a serious crime against my name and that I must press a number to call back. This is a SCAM
text asking to be called back - do not do it
After dozens of missed calls from this number - I never answer a number I do not recognise - I rang back the 0207 number and got a recorded message with another number to call to unsubscribe - 0207 619 7888. You need to quote the number they ve called you on and tell them it s Shelter, as they re obviously a telemarketing company with a number of clients. I donated to Shelter by text and since then have been plagued by these calls at all hours. Waiting to see if they re as good as their word...

The company calling from this number is selling Funeral plans. Seems to have been prompted by a recent telephone survey.
Perfectly genuine as far as I m concerned.
