When answered automated service states barclays and other bank customers etc entitled to ppi etc. when you ring back an automated nessage answers the phone saying about pension entitlments, if you press 9 apparently your number gets put on their do not contact list.

same here - Tracey from CFS wanting to speak to a Director about a delicate financial matter. She went thru to the book keeper and asked him if he could make financial decisions, to which he obviously replied no. She s called 3 times now so we ll tell her she s spam next time!
