This was an automated call at 11:18am, claiming to be from a bank card provider, about two transactions from Amazon on my bank card. I did not press 1 or 2 to authorise or get help.
I missed a no caller ID call from Dundee city council, the person gave me this number to call back on. I'm immediately greeted by an American automated voice giving me options to which I decide to hold for assistance cuz none of them mean anything to me. SCAM Evil little man pretending to be a bailiff enforcing a writ, he will call you and pressurise you, he will say that you owe £x amount for a debt that you have been informed about multiple times and that you haven’t turned up to court for. He will say that his name is Kevin Wynn who is actually a bailiff and a good guy but this little man is impersonating him, PUT THE PHONE DOWN!
Received a call on my mobile from someone with an African accent who could barely speak English, ie he was reading from a script. He seemed to be saying he was from 'Tesco Mobile' but am not sure of that. We ended the call and blocked the number.
SCAM - "NC Power" claiming to be our provider (Gazprom) trying to confirm information as next month's billing will be wrong. Same woman called last month from a different number (029 218 2591) asking the exact same thing for the previous month's billing. Pointed out that I'd personally called Gazprom about something else (in the last two days!) and mentioned these calls and that our accounts are actually fine and she hung up?!

This is a scam pretending to be an Amazon call centre as they had our email and then changed our Amazon account password, that generated an email to us with an OTD code. The scammer then wanted us to give him that code so they could take over the account. DO NOT GIVE THEM THAT CODE AND HANG UP THE CALL AND BLOCK THE NUMBER
