Contacted my elderly mother three tines this am, didn’t leave a message, she tried to answer first time and was told she had a refund. I Advised to ignore and if a refund is due, she would be notified by post. I be Iceberg this to be a scam. NOT GOOD AS WORRIES A 90yr old lady. If it happens again I will take this further.
