Claims to be from TalkTalk, saying that someone else is using my router, had I noticed a drop off in performance etc etc.. Obviously from an Indian call centre. I cut the call at this point telling him he was a thieving Indian B*st*rd. He didn t dispute my point of view.
An automated call claiming that my National Insurance number has been suspended due to illegal activity. Hung up before hearing what they were going to con me into. Clearly a scam.

Missed call, your identification as a solicitors number is of no use to me and completely unexpected, so it must be some sort of phishing or scam call. Having had calls from India, from supposed UK numbers, I suspect that some sort of fake number hack may be the cause. Using a VOIP system makes the originators true telephone number unavailable. These VOIP suppliers need to double check the purpose of their clients and prevent scams over the VOIP service they provide.

Same SCAM again a different number (local energy supplier) don t on any account give out personal details as trading standards have confirmed that this is a SCAM!!
