Caller said they were from student services- I'm a Cardiff student so it didn't make sense that call came from Bishop Auckland (wherever that is). I continued the call anyway in case it was genuine, but caller then kept asking about utilities provider and saying Scottish Power would like to contact me with a no obligation quote. I politely declined, then caller kept repeating the same question. Must be commission based on how many people they get to agree to a quote from Scottish Power!!

This no. Called this morning at 8.05 am. It came up as international with two 00 before the no. After checking with “who called me” it is a Bedford no. This called again 13.00 . I never answer such call. However they are a nuisance!!!!! I am sure it was the same one that rang 11.00a.m International private caller.
