The call is not from the UK. These calls originate from Asia, using spoofed UK numbers.
10-20 calls spaced apart every 5 minutes over the course of the afternoon to an NHS Community Rehab Team office. A bleep sound is heard as though it is a fax call.

After reading customer comments on here I have NEVER answered any calls on this number and never shall, and like the lady above, my emails have been inundated with crap. i cant seem to block this number along with others on my phone, very frustrating aaaaaarrrgghh
