No idea which company, or who is behind it. missed 2 calls so far when ringing back it will answer with an american text to speech voice and play music while it connects you to whoever. waited and waited and then the phone hung up automatically. Unsure if this is a scam or just a neauseunce.

Mobile phone spam / scam / fraud. Scammers pretend to call from Currys Mobile department. They will sign you up on a completely different deal than agreed initially with the most expensive phone available. They use several phone numbers some of them on Whatsapp. Also will e-mail an order confirmation from an address that seems genuine. It's not. After receiving the parcel they will try to convince you to send the phone back to some shady residential address. Avoid!

This telephone number rang my mum who hasn't got a clue about online banking or the internet. A bloke called James Taylor claimed he was from Action fraud. He informed my mum that she had activity on her bank account that wasn't showing up, and he then persuaded her to transfer a huge amount of money to there account, saying she will get it back after investigation of a few days. Which would be to late. Please stay clear of this number and block them.

Not sure tried to call it back and its saying they are but I did call the acutal British Passport office and they have told me that this number is FRAUD! so do not give any information of yours! to 02038597401 this is a fraudulent number. This number called today at 07.36 and claimed to be from Microsoft. The person with an Asian accent told me my computer has been compromised and said have you herd of hackers. I asked for an email to confirm it was Microsoft but he reassured me it was and trust him he has details of my computer security number, we went round incircles a bit, then I put the phone down. 10secons later he called back asking why I put the phone down as I new he was genuine but called me from a different number02088884827.

I have got no idea who this is...I am in the Netherlands and every day I am receiving AT LEAST 5 calls from different UK/London numbers including this one, all from the above location Carter Lane Gardens. I dont answer and when I did try to call one of the numbers back I got a recorded message telling me the number wasnt in use. Getting seriously fed up with it.

Missed call I just got to the phone in time for it to stop ringing. Not a recognised number, not in my contacts list, not from anywhere that I know anyone. I therefore conclude someone was trying to scam me.
SPAM / SCAM / ANNOYING - where did they get out telephone number from? The call was supposedly about old windows and doors scrappage scheme - to see if we were eligible. It seemed that the caller at the other end of the telephone may have been AI rather than an actual person as 'he' didn't actually comment on what I had answered but just went onto the next question. I therefore asked if it was a real person or AI and if it was AI, then I wasn't interested, and hung up.
I had a letter for a company that i have nothing to do with saying £8900 was owed. I am not shore if it's a con or not.
