Coronavirus - this is a scammer making fraud calls under the pretence of calling on behalf of the health service doing market research. Under MRS T&C a company is obliged to reveal the name of the company hes calling from and this guy didnt want to do that. It is some coward sitting at home making false calls, harassing people, he should come out of his phone face-to-face and then i will show him how to hide behind the phone and harass people.

Called and said was calling on behalf of BT, our line was due a review... very deceptive, especially since we dont use BT haha... Anyway, called him on it he started to backtrack about how he didnt refuse to give the information... yeah didnt offer it either. Do not work with these people no matter what
