Hung up just as I answered so I called them back. They are a hearing loss company trying to find people who have suffered loss of hearing from the work they do.

Looks like action Direct have been trying to get me to answer for over a week, I never answer as I ve read they are usually silent. I wish I understood their motive/ aim and how they got my details, they appear to be around Cardiff and have used 4 numbers so far incl 01656 253130 , 029 2168 0061 and 0845 nos. up to 10 a day
