SCAM Scam call, claiming to be from Vodafone and lying to me about my monthly payments to them, which I don't have as I'm not a customer.

Said he was was from Amazon and an order had been placed on my card for a iPhone at £799 and was it my order. Had my card been compromise?. Couldn't/wouldn't tell me what sort of card it was. Denied he was a filthy f******* scammer. Oh yes he was.

This is clearly a campaign, though not a very effective one as their automatic dialer does not ring long enough for one to actually answer the phone. In recent weeks I have also had annoying calls from numbers in the same range, for example 03301900598 and 03301900590. I'll just keep blocking them.
Answered the caller but it said goodbye end of call strangely weird
We received a letter with this number in looking very authentic with quality paper, official headings and very plausible wording. We were nearly convinced.I was very glad to be able to look up the number on this website to confirm doubts.
got a text from Halifax saying did you use your card for 103.00 GBP, if yes reply Yes, If No call 08004370296 - checked with Halifax and this is not their phone number If you do call the number it goes through Halifax Fraud but this is a scam
Fraud Said they were from HSBC and wanted me to go through security. I said I'd call them back and at that point they gave me the genuine HSBC number (I said I'd look it up anyway). So I called the genuine number, 03457 404404, and wasted my time and HSBCs, as there was - surprise surprise - no suspicious activity on the account.

hung up when i answered. pretty sure this is a scam call.
