Was rung 30 November at one o clock. "Hello, I m Alex, calling on behalf of your internet provider." I immediately put the phone down. Obviously a scam!
Purporting to be from Amazon saying my account will be charged £79.99.

A person calling from this number claimed to be a Baliff collecting for an American Based Publisher called McKellan with a supposed court order for seizure of property to the value of several thousand pounds then offering to negotiate a lower penalty (Baliffs don t do this). McKellan appear to be connected with a charity called CPUK from whom it appears I received nuisance and threatening phone calls from after declining to make a second year contribution to their charity.
