Just received a cold call from this number.I stayed silent listening to the guy telling me I was a silly woman who'e number he had so would call again which he did 5 minute...

Had 6 missed calls from this number. 3 in 5 minutes. Annoying desperate and don't notice I declined there call twice as in meeting.

This number is used by Boku, a phone collection service (based in San Fransico, USA - with supposedly Europe wide offices) that collects "subscriptions" from, normally inadvertantly, "subscribing" to on-line adverts, messages and web sites. Boku send you a confirmation text, using this number, to tell you that you have just subscribed again.
