This is a scam. Calling stating they can recover monies but need £250 upfront to do so. Proporting to be from our company. directed to our website.

It was a recorded message saying that money had been taken out of a bank account and that I should press 1 to speak to an advisor. The name of the bank was not given.
This number has taken £5 in charges, I have not phoned It
