It is probably scam. Got the same experience as callers below. The caller named Steven was unable to tell me what the company does what they want from me, just wanted my address and DOB... When I refused to deal with them I was told that I would receive a letter from them. Nothing arrived yet. It is scam!

Just called me at 9 ish in the morning don’t know who it is just block the number
Phoning up saying national insurance has been compromised.
Calls claiming chasing legal documents that don t exist - actually calls around the company from numbers on websites until gets a lucky break!

constant calls several a week claiming to be Virgin Media sounds like the Philippines despite telling them not to call me they keep calling back under a new number every time
