Received a call from this number between xmas and new year. Called again today but number was blocked on phone. Three minutes later received an international "out of area" call re windows scrappage scheme. Caller begins with familiar "Hi". A coincidence??? Unlikely...At least now know who "Hi" is!!
Some robot speaking and its some automated talk! Its a nuisance phone call! I want too know how they got my phone Number? What happened to privacy data and all that!???

A guy called Patrick following up about the government s house insulation grant. Told him I didn t have a government grant. No apology and he put the phone down.
