No-one spoke when I took the call. I did not speak. It disconnected a few seconds later.
This number sent me a text asking me to confirm I had ordered a new phone with O2. O2 also rang telling me someone had used my personal information to sign up to a phone contract with them . Fortunately for me the fraudsters failed my bank info. This number is based in Manchester where o2 said the fraudsters were hoping to change my address ! BEWARE

Had same call 0118 324 6942 - in our area, device to fit, not specific what/who... told him on TPS. He hung up.
said it was a survey of hospital recent visit press 1 if it right name press 2 if not ,,,I pressed 2 awful thing is I forgot to switch phone off and am now scared about cost????
