Worst of the worst. Very ABUSIVE! Told me I had claimed PPI and I will co-operate . I tried putting him straight (a man with a strong Welsh accent) said: you should go see your GP as I think you ve got alzeheimer s or something . Surely this is bordering on the criminal?!

This is the physio department at wrightington Hospital.
purported to be BG and the number was from Edinburgh where i live. Asian accent and this is the second time over the past few months a scam call purporting to be from BG has followed up a genuine call from BG. Seems someone is perhaps giving out customer info to scammers. i ve mentioned it to BG but they seem unconcerned.
