Just had call from this number which I strongly suspect was a scam. Guy claiming to be from BT saying my oneline connection was being hacked and offering to help. I put the phone down but he tried a second time. He had my full name and address details and quoted an account number that I did not record so cannot check.
I answered and no reply, phoned back as I was expecting a call from London, rang then silent followed by a voice recording saying 'one of our advisors called you today about a road traffic accident'. Blocked...

One of the rudest cold calls ever received - apparently had an accident in the last 2 years based on information they have one me (no accidents!). I asked where they got the info from and to be removed from their list and the level of aggression and rudeness was astonishing. Had to waste my own time and money calling back to ensure I am removed from their list. Someone needs to investigate this mob
