They say you reported a repair problem to your housing officer and they are working with your council or your housing association to get the repairs sorted for you IT'S ALL LIES. Automated voice hung up. Just reading some of the comments here, I feel your frustration, my DH & I are shift workers. We invested in a home phone with a "nuisance call block" which, much like a mobile phone, allows us to save and block numbers. It s not quite the end of nuisance calls, BUT by googling every unknown number and diligently saving and blocking every nuisance call, we have seen a massive drop in the calls, we re down to approx 1-2/week when we were getting 4-7 calls/day.
