I received a call on my mobile, which is a number few people or companies know. A pleasant man with a foreign accent, though not a strong accent, announced he was calling from BPC about PPI claims. When pressed he said BPC stood for Black Pearl Claims, which does exist with a Leeds address according to Google (so why my phone displayed a Bangor number is not explained). I told him that I had a policy of never ever doing business with any company who cold called me. He said he would take me off his list
