Called 4 times in 2hours. Most annoyed that it uses my local area code so could easily have been genuine
Indian sounding man claiming to be from BT, swore CONTINUALLY after I said he had wrong number - called back times in a row when I replaced receiver swearing and shouting, vile and dangerous.
Multiple calls at all times, never answer. Blocked!
SCAM This person rang me 3 times one after the other. He said he was from an investment firm and I stopped his spiel as soon as I heard that. He became extreme belligerent when I told him I wasn't interested and to remove my details from his list. I ended the call and he had the audacity to keep ringing me even though I kept rejecting his call!

This number called a new mobile phone I have. I didn t pick up (I didn t have the phone with me at the time) but the call went through to voicemail, although no message was left. This phone is a back-up which has never either made or received any calls other than introductory calls from O2, the network provider. Also had another call from an unknown number. Has O2 also been hacked, or is someone there passing on numbers?

As can be seen here on these pages, there is a range of numbers used by the same call centre doing business on a field of fake PPI claims (just some call centre so sometimes they pretend to be financial services, PPI, loans...) and their goal is still the same - to dig some personal data for further use... This range is 016146469xx, probably 01614646xxx, so be aware if such numbers call. Block this range and do not amswer these calls...

Called this morning, telling me she was called Susan Parkinson. Didn't catch the company name. Apparently I had been in a no fault car accident. Told her I hadn't, asked her to remove my number from her system but she had already hung up on me!
