I skyped back a couple of times to try to hear the company name with which they introduce themselves. They change it each time but it includes the phrase "computer security" after a garbled name. They no longer answer - just call centre sounds in the background. I don t think they like to receive repetetive silent calls. Isn t that sad?

It's a company called RTA Legal Advice, looking to help you claim on an accident you probably didn't have....
After saying "hello" a few times I eventually had a foreign sounding woman ask if I was Mrs Choo. I hung up immediately as we are always getting calls starting this way; usually they show on our display as International, but this is the first time we have had one from a UK number. With the "international" calls they always hang up whether I answer YES or No to if I am Mrs Choo. So I ve no idea why they are calling.

The man said he was from sky but did not have any idea about my deal with sky and was was pretending to offer me a package thay i already have. Also I heard noise and laughing in the background at the start of the call which felt was suspicious as usually the background noise is not heard. I felt it was a scam so declined the offer.

After applying for a loan this company rang me multiple times a day i asked them to call me back after 6pm the first time as i was working and did want to see if they could help me but the I had 7 calls off the in 3 hours NOT one after the time I said I could answer, the following day the same company different number rang me 13 times between 10 am and 4:30 pm so i blocked those numbers, the following day i had a further 14 missed calls from this company off another 5 numbers. I received several calls from a company called UK Energy Council Utility working on behalf of National Grid. They said that I was basically being overcharged by my current suppliers and asked me for my bill to obtain the supply number. They were very inquisitive seeking information that should have been known. I did not provide the information as they appeared dodgy. I was then told that I should continue to be ripped of by my current suppliers.
Automated message advising that my visa card had been charged with several large amounts. Not true.
