It is an automated system in regards to lone workers. The system will call specific numbers to perform a welfare check and to make sure the lone worker is safe and well.

‘James’ (to be honest I think James was calling from a call centre in the Asia) from Carphone warehouse saying he could upgrade my mobile. Told him I’m halfway through my 2 year contract so I’d have to pay to finish the contract and he said carphone warehouse would pay the difference! That just sounds to good to be true...or am I too cynical?
I have received several fax calls from this number in the last hour. This is a residential number not a business

SPAM 01227642034 called 3rd November 2021. They hung up upon me answering. I called them back an hour later witholding my number ie 141 prefix. There was a recorded massage saying we are busy please hold or email (something unintelligable@OUTLOOK.com So not very professional I would say. Likely scam artists in the making...
