This person rung and claimed to be from TalkTalk and tried to get me to do something to my computer when I said he was a bogus caller he started making loads of insulting and threatening remarks towards me and my family. Barred number now.

Call preceded by text (which I was unable to reply to) saying they'd call, and wanted more information regarding my complaint. It said that if I miss the call I should ring a certain number and ask to speak to a certain person. My issue is that I have not made a complaint.

JTM called to make an appointment and I missed the call. I had complaoned that hey had not called me previously. you cannot call them back as they answer and ask how they can help but as soon as you say anything they pretend they cannot hear you and put the phone down I have now tried from 3 different phones and am very annoyed.
