apparently a company called "Blackpearl" dealing with trying to get charges for packaged bank accounts refunded, the latest ppi type thing, spent ages with one guy, gave all my details, then got passed over to someone else to "check" my address, only to have to go through it ALL again...waste of time. Clearly a claims type call centre with cheering and clapping going on in the background. Trying not to swear now, suffice to say that they are now blocked. COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME!!!
Constantly calling even at 9pm despite telling them 4 times not to call. The caller's English was impossible to understand.
