No response when call answered, line remained silent. First guess malicious as a spam call received later from a similar number.

A voice not quite loud enough to hear properly was talking about charges and disconnected. I called the number back and a different, real voice again very quiet spoke, whilst I was trying to hear the call I could hear a dog barking and so hung up and blocked the number.
Called couldn t even get my name right, so when I told her to have another go she hung up on me, not a genuine call
Missed call from this number. No voicemail left. I didn't bother to phone back just blocked the number.
Allegedly from HMRC regarding tax
I ignored the call as my phone said "potential fraud" i have blocked the number.
