Fraud / Scam............... States they're from BT with alarming call that your router is faulty and that your internet line is public. Then starts to asks questions about the lights on router, who uses internet, even knew home address, at that point I hung up. I contacted BT - they do not have any such number listed in their network, also they confirmed no calls were made to line from themselves.

Recorded message claiming to be Amazon...said that my card had been charged about £350 for a purchase & to press a number to speak to customer services if I hadn't made a purchase. I do not have an Amazon account & they do not have my card details. SCAM
