This is a genuine company as we had our loft insulation done by them. HOWEVER, despite them offering me free insulation and me telling them that if they checked their records, that they would know that we already done by them, they continue to phone and offer roof and cavity insulation, and sometimes they don t reply!!
Yet another call from "Microsoft" informing me that there is a fault on my computer and they will now fix this for me. Do these people not realise yet that they have been rumbled ?

They used a st albans number to get me to answer. It was the only reason I answered. She said it was some legal company from liverpool. As of writing, 3 different numbers tried to call me today (020 8956 2943, 020 8956 2230 and 020 8956 2601). They all start with 020, I don’t know anyone who owns those numbers, maybe the same individual is using different numbers to call me. Likely a fraud and now it’s harassing.
