so far these scammers have phoned me 4 days in a row, 6 on day 1, 3 times day 2, twice yesterday and so far twice today.. When they actually do speak or you hear something.. its either a recording telling you your about to be disconnected from BT and press 1 to connect to bt.. premium rate number.. or you get a indian claiming to be from bt, or they just keep saying hello before putting the phone down.

Rang me nearly 30 times over the course of 3 mornings at 10-15 minute intervals. When I eventually got sick of it and answered it turns out it was a dentist, live caller on the other end, didn t wait to hear what he wanted before telling him not to call again. Seems to have worked.

I have sorted my problem with Aknica by reporting them to the TV LICENCE people on 0300 790 6137, they put me directly through to them and they could not find me on their system? It seems they had got the wrong name my surname wrong christian name so took me off their system! 5 minutes later I got a call from the same number a local number and they where asking about a road traffic accident? I was expecting a call from a person on a number unknown to me. This number called but as soon as I answered put the phone down. My mum told me to check my credit and they had taken it. I had recently put £5 on my phone, and was left with only a couple of pounds. BEWARE!
