My experience today was a total replica of your contributor dated 27/8/2016. Identical in every way except I was asked for £169+ for one year protection. Realised it was a scam when 20 min into the conversation, and when the Indian call receiver got aggressive over my refusal to accept the £169 supposed solution charge.
