SCAM / SPAM automated e mail pretending to be from amazon. Was in indian call centre and did not seem right they just wanted my card details which is a bit strange to say the least

Silent call
SCAM Recorded voice saying that my bank account had been requested to pay Amazon £700 and some other organisation £2000!! Press 1 to authorise, and 2 to speak to a customer representative. I declined both options and checked my account online to find, surprise, surprise, there were no such transactions.

Fraud - this was an automated message stating that I was being investigated for tax fraud and that a warrant had been issued for my arrest. The message asks you to press 1 for more info - I hung-up at that point...
Fraud Called me at 8am and a robotic voice asked me to press one to be connected to an HMRC operative or else I would be arrested imminently. HMRC apparently do not ring up using automated voice technology, do not phone up to threaten arrest and are generally not phoning people unannounced at that time of day.

I had a phone call from 02922229992 clalming to be Eon, who asked if I wanted a 'Smart meter', they wanted my account details.... RED FLAG!!!!! Eon SHOULD have my account details - well, they certainly had my phone number. I contacted Eon and they told me to block the number it wan't them....! To be hones't I wondered if this was some dirty trick Eon had dreamed up - how would THEY know I had no Smart meter..... and how did they get my phone number, no prizes for guessing sorry. Ringing me 4 times every day - ring them back and they say it s a different department so they will get them to ring me. Rung me back, advised I could be entitled to some £££ due to an accident that happened in the last 2 and a half years. I was in an accident 5 years ago!!! Told them this and they said it was fine and put the phone down. Fast forward a week and they re ringing me again!!!!!!!!
