they called me saying that i haven t had my full refund for PPI insurance. i have never had this. so i interupted him saying no no no uv e got this wrong. dont call me again i m hanging up. he then shouted down the phone, so i hang up. they have now rang me continually for 40 mins. if they call you do not answer and dont ring them back.
Safe number
Received this morning on my mobile. A female voice, probably recorded said "I have been told that you were involved in an accident recently, is that right?" Obviously this a phishing call. Best to ignore and hang up.
Government Renfrewshire valuation board (electoral registration)
Rejected a call from this number (Huddersfield are code) as I didn't recognise it and don't know anybody from that town. Did a web search for this number and came up empty handed, which is suspicious, as any worthwhile company or organisation will have their number on the web somewhere. No voicemail left. Would assume it'd be an automated dialer trying a scam.
Automated system. Claims an outstanding HMRC warrent is in place. Instructed to press key 1 to continue. Instructed that a failure to respond will activate the warrent, leading to almost immediate arrest. Sounds like a nice little earner for someone during lockdown.

Rang to say I was entitled to some sort of claim, told I was not interested, repeatedly asked why I wasn t interested and the young BOY tried to be aggressive. Number now blocked.

Said there was a text message about something that had not been delivered. I hung up but call was repeated, I deleted message.

Spoofed CPN, unobtainable when I rang back. Unknown caller but obviously spam.
