I think it was a scam number left no message and the number doeasnt seem to belong to any company I deal with and is in the Torquay area and i dont know anyone in the area!

Fraudsters! They lie and dissemble to fool you into believing that you are renewing your current cover, while you are doing no such thing. They have a nice website, but never answer the phone or email, so certainly can t provide any service for their appliances. One of them will likely write a comment below, pretending to be a customer, claiming how what I write is not true. You who work for them, have you no shame, no conscience?
I had a call from this as well. I did answer and they asked for my husband. I said they had the wrong number and put the phone down but it was an indian sounding man so obviously a foreign call centre. Dont ring them back even if you get through as sometimes you may get charged for the call.
Recording saying they were tax office and there was a court case against me and I had to press 1 to retrieve full details. Maybe not.....
