I called them (Great Western Rail) for help with booking a ticket, but was kept online while the respondent tried to pass me to another department. I was left waiting, so rang off, but the call lasted 23 minutes and cost £2.46.
It was a recording, did not listen to it. When the line cleared I cut it off. I would advise extreme caution with this number if it was genuine it would have been a person stating their business !
