They didn't say my name correctly, like they got it really wrong.
Call regarding a note in my 'file' regarding an accident I've had in the last 2 1/2 years. When asked whether they could tell me more about my 'file' they said you either can or can't remember an accident. I said I'd like to know what the file said first and they hung up!
My wife got a call from this No today, the usual PPI scam. They said the are phoning because my wife agreed to take part in some lifestyle survey, utter lies & bollocks. Have now blocked their number via the new BT FREE call blocking
