Buchanan Clark and Wells BCW are a debt collection organisation. Some of their clients include: British Gas, Scottish Power, E.On, powergen, etc. Local councils for council tax collection. Most large mobile phone companies You will receive a letter from BCW stating that it is a formal/final demand for payment . You will be urged to contact a premium rate telephone line to make payment. The person you are connected with is trained to ONLY EVER accept payment in full the first time you call. Therefore,

Usual boiler / solar panel crap recorded message. Been ringing for months now, same message, different numbers. All reported to ICO

12 calls in the last 24 hours from this number. Answered first call and was told they were to do with PPI, I immediately asked to be removed from calling list caller then became rude and abusive. No further calls answered, this seems to not deter them at all, and is bordering on criminal harassment.

Had the same call today, I find this really annoying as I am on the TPS, so am not supposed receive unsolicited cold calls.

Scam caller, don t answer it. Foreigners are using UK numbers via robots.

Microsoft/Windows scam asking me to write some numbers down and type assoc into command prompt (cmd), lots of background noise. Strung them along for a bit before I got bored. Went back to eating my toast.

Rang up and informed me that I d recently had a banjo accident, I asked how they knew and they hung up straight away. Don t trust.

17 calls in 3 days and today they called me from 8am with the last call was 9pm totally battering my number all day long. Just had to block them.

They rang me regarding a survey I had completed, as I fill in loads of surveys I believed this to be true. They said I had won a £20 fuel voucher and gave a lot of information regarding how I can spend it etc. However they then went onto talk about how I could be part of their membership, which costs £79! I m ashamed to say that I worked for Ben Reynolds for a short time back in 2012 when his company was called Crown Lawyers. Same story as these, he d get us to find people with debts, take a fee from them and then cut off all contact with them. Supposedly we d get a commission for every job taken on, but he d tell us that the person had decided not to go ahead with recovering their debt and so we got nothing. We then found out that they had agreed to pursue the debt and Ben just wanted to avoid paying us
