Phone alert as spam. 4 calls today, 4 calls yesterday 1 Friday. Annoying to say the least. 20 calls from this number since 20th November last. Hopefully I have managed to block it this time.

SCAM The caller was a recording with a female voice with American/Canadian accent. She told me she was from security at my bank card (no account name or bank) and I had £10,000 taken from my account and £2000 by PayPal. If I was not aware of these transactions I should press button 1. This call is identical to many others I have received with the same voice but differing amounts. No bank card or account is ever identified. It is a Scam to get you to press button 1 and make your phone open to the scam

This number has been making numerous calls today before 8am. It alternates with a private caller saying they are from Virginmedia. I have checked with the company who have no record of any calls being made to me. Annoying maybe dangerous.
I was called by this number today, the automated message told me my amazon prime account had expired and that my credit card would be charged £95 pounds for renewal, if I was unhappy about this, press 1. Sadly for them, (lucky for me) I don't have an amazon prime account, hung up imediately. Claimed to be from RBS credit card fraud in relation to an SMS NHS Covid phishing attempt on my phone. Appeared plausible and had some detailed info on my account transactions, however, when calling the number on back of my card, they said they had no record of a call from RBS. Suspect they were trying to obtain additional information to also obtain on line banking log in.

I think this is a loft insulation scam (poor phone line). Female, ?middle-aged? voice, southern accent. Mentioned British Lung Foundation, Perhaps said that some loft insulation is [harmful]. I just repeated that I can't afford it ; caller talked over me then terminated the call.........

SCAM Called by this number early today. Female with a strong Indian accent, said she was from Vodaphone and offering me a new contract. I cut the call short as I was busy with other things. I check after revealed the number is registered to Hutchinson 3G UK / Three UK. VERY unlikely that Vodaphone would be calling to renew my contract via a Three mobile phone. Number blocked, DANGEROUS SCAMMER for sure.
