I do know they used to be a company called Lombard Legal who were based in liverpool and the man behind this was christian carney who employed his staff as directors. Automated call - a pretty convincing recording of a man called Tom wanting to arrange a survey of our loft insulation. Went round in circles for a bit, and then when the recording asked if i was the home owner and I said no it hung up.
