I had a call from this number and was instantly suspicious. I phone Lloyds (PhoneBank) number to be told that this number belongs to the Lloyds Credit Card Collection department (I had missed a payment due to personal circumstances) and they wanted their money. Like most people, I am suspicious of individuals whose language skills are a lot less than mine and have a heavy accent. Fraud: treathning about losing Insurance Number thru prosecution if not answering and speaking to an operator. Once you are thru a very rough female voice with American accent is repeatedly (since I don't say a word) asking to identify yourself. Calling back the number doesn't work. Location origin of the call is supposed to be central London but I very much doubt it.
