David called (Indian sounding). I gave him all the details about an accident last year when a car ran into the back of me at a roundabout. IT NEVER HAPPENED! Told me I would get 3 to 4 thousand in compensation! FOR AN ACCIDENT THAT NEVER HAPPENED? Asked for my car registration, I gave him a fake made up one, he said it wasn't on their system (IT WOULDN'T BE - IT'S FAKE). Then asked for the registration number of the other car. I said I couldn't remember it and would have to go get the paperwork. He said

They will give you a trial of two weeks, where they will "pay into your account" any money which is won when your number comes up (Can only withdraw cash if winnings exceed £10). Then they will ask for card information and charge you for numbers. I highly doubt that they are actually purchasing lottery number

Have previously had about three missed calls from this number - just picked up the latest call and they informed me that I d had a car accident at some point since July 2010 - I have never had a car accident, thank goodness. I asked them where they got this information from - they said they purchased these details from a company and had got them as I had registered the accident but hadn t claimed anything. So they could be calling you to receive continued subscription for a free magazine. Also I have since found out that some agencies are not aloud to leave messages and are,required to call back.
