It is a scam. Pre-recorded message saying the internet is going to be cut off in 4 hours due a a fault and to press 1 to contact your provider and order a new router, it is a scam, do not press 1 and hang up.

Just called and when informed that the call was being recorded and that we were members of the TPS the person at the other end happened to mention that he was recording the call as well. Continued to try and do a survey and became very upset when interupted to as where they got our details from.
