Just called and when informed that the call was being recorded and that we were members of the TPS the person at the other end happened to mention that he was recording the call as well. Continued to try and do a survey and became very upset when interupted to as where they got our details from. Tried to tell me that i had filled out a lifestyle survey which i havent so i told him so.... he then suggested that i shouldnt talk to people like that as its rude! When asked to remove my details from his list he
incoming calls from this number a 4 times over last few days. recorded message 9 to remove 5 to get more info. I always hit the 9 to remove, however that means they get away with continuing with this annoyance. So I tried 5 to get to speak to someone (you can NEVER do ring back as numbers always dead/ don't take incoming calls!). This is a SCAM, they are pretending to be your home insurance company to get you to part with money for legal cover at ?24.99. I knew that I had already taken this out so I checked our policy and rang our insurers who confirmed this, it wasn t them that called.
