Fraud pretending to be bank security stating that someone is trying to use my credit card and asking me to press 1. Put the phone down and call block the number. Somehow they are using what sounds like the same voice as my bank system.

Fraud They tried to trick me by saying they are from a winter housing thing. It obviously didn't work considering it's not even winter. I even told her that the number came up as 'Potential fraud' and her defence was "it isn't fraud" it was pretty funny.

I was called this am on my mobile. Delay in connection. Caller purported to be from EE and offered me a special promotion from EE of40% off a new phone. Sounds like a scam to me.

Robot telling me I have committed tax fraud

pretended to me that i had won an electric toothbrush i stupidly supplied some bank details for postage supposedly of 3 then they set up a recurring direct debit and took a further 2499 without my permission so i hurredly blocked them and changed my CC i am still awaiting reimbursment from my bank

Probable scam or fraud. The telltale signs: 1. Delay before speaking 2. Lots of background noise - a call centre 3. Says he is from a telecoms company but name is indistinct.

They claimed to be from my bank (VM money was Yorkshre Bank) to ask me about potential fraud on my card. (£52 on Argos in Aberdeen) I was supicious when they got agressive when I didn't know my banking paswword and I said I would have to call them back. I called the fraud number I have in my phone (0800 121 4251) and they confirmed it wasn't them that called me before. The chap on the actual fraud line also said that the real bank won't ask for any part of or all your internet banking password EVER!

SCAM - A man called "Mark Ryan" claiming to be from Derby County Court with a High Court Writ out against your business for an unpaid amount of almost £4000. Threatening to be at the business property within 60 minutes to seize goods if payment can't be made. Made it sound as though he was trying to save himself the journey. TAXES / HMRC Suppposedly HMRC chasing unpaid tax. Completely false, they will not ring with this sort of message.

Obvious scam, claiming to be from EE retaining department. If you google the number it comes up as a Noodle bar in London. The guy on the call couldn't stop stumbling over his words when I called him out on things and then laughed at me when I said I knew it was a scam.

I don't know think its safe I got a virus in my phone for a while and aI thought my Fb might be hacked ! I just went into my settings no where my WhatsApp was ,my own number was there . But where my FB was this number was there .and I have put soft ware in . I thought I deleted FB and re installed and no we I installed the installed the latest soft ware Amazon is not recognizing me .I have to re log in everywhere . It's a right pain. Pretending to be Three mobile - was rude and abusive when I told them that I was taking three to court due to previous levels of service, so I knew they would not be marketing me and that this is a scam. Asian call centre using UK phone numbers. BEWARE!

The caller, Liam, claimed to be from Premier Rewards ... wanting to give me some money! Like, yeah!! I consider this to be a 'SPAM' call and potentially dangerous. The caller kept interrupting me - a known tactic from SPAM callers! My suggestion to anyone is to just Hang Up!

Used to call me reporting withdraws from my bank account claiming to be from Visa. It must be a scam came through on my business phone which I do not use for any personal transactions.

SCAM The guy knew my name but wanted to "verify" my address and I didn't want to do that threfore he snapped cursing me. Obviously I started cursing him back and he eventually hang up. BEWARE!

Messaged to inform me of a delivery I missed from EVRI. With a link to re-book a delivery time. I went to the official website to track my delivery, and the number on the message that the suspected scammer gave is not recognised. Also I checked my CCTV and no-one had tried to deliver anything.
