I called both back yo see who had called and both had the same identical message, sounding like "thanks for calling fresh contacts. Please wait for next agent" at which point I terminated my call.

These companies that provide numbers in first instance need to be investigated and blocks put in place. I think the UK regulator in the field is failing us as the public. What do they actually do???
