If you say you have had no accident, they mostly hang up the phone and that's it... I have not ordered anything and not expecting any parcels. If sender has not used the correct postage rate it will be their mistake and their responsibilty if returned to sender.

this number has been calling me several times per day for around 2 weeks, when I answered it was a telemarketing company telling me I had been involved in an accident (I haven t) when I responded with "well you know more about this than I do" the caller hung up and didn t call again so I will definitely be using that tactic in the future

Upon answering the call it is an automated message apparently from the national crime agency saying they are going to freeze my national insurance number and all my assets an to press 1 to speak to an advisor. At that point I hung up and blocked the number
